Production of galvanic rack hooks

We handle the production of hooks for galvanic processes such as: zinc-plating, anodizing, phosphatizing, chrome-plating, electropolishing, gold-plating, silver-plating, nickel-plating and copper-plating.

The hooks can take a form of a stable frame, a rail with multiple removable bars or other form suggested by the customer. While constructing the fixing hooks we take care of choosing optimal way of fastening them onto the holder paying special attention to fast and effective ways they can be put on and off.

We take all measures to make sure that all surface of designed hook is fully used and capable to handle meant capacity for its specific line. We use such materials as acid- resistant steel, constructional steel, brass, copper, aluminium and titanium. For hangers or fastening elements we use acid-resistant wires (type 1.4301, 1.4310, 1,4404) titanium grade 2, aluminium PA38. Thanks to mechanised process of line production we are easily able to achieve high productivity, consistent quality and shorter time of order realisation.
